Very impressed with this generator

I bought the WGen7500, not the WGen 7500DF.
Since this is my first generator I didn't have anything to compare it to but I really like this generator. It arrived a week early and in perfect condition. The instructions are thankfully in English and easy to follow and understand. It took only a few minutes to install the wheels and feet.
This is a heavy generator but with the wheels and handle I can easily move it all around, even on my gravel driveway. I absolutely love the remote start. After I put the oil and gas in, I pressed the button on the fob and it started immediately and ran great. It's a little louder than I expected but I moved it 50' away from the house and I can barely hear it when I am in the house. Now I'm actually looking forward to the power going out so I can use it.

Great Portable Generator

Read all the great reviews that drew me away from buying a Generac to replace my older smaller one. Better price, much better reviews. Easy, fast assembly. Started right out of box. Adding a transfer switch to house and not worrying about outages from NC hurricanes or winter storms.

I just purchased this because hurricane season is right around the corner. I was in the direct path of Hurricane Florence last year and got hit hard. At the time I didn't even own a generator. I was without power for almost 2 weeks and lost everything in fridge / freezer. It was so hot during this time frame I would have done anything to have A/C unit running. After much research I purchased this Westinghouse generator for the dual fuel aspect and the wattage. The reviews were great for it and I wanted a generator. So far its worked great, but only fired it up on both gas and propane to ensure everything worked correctly. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Bought this dual fuel generator for temporary power source because we live in a rural area that encounters frequent power outages. We have a 500 gallon propane tank that will be utilized should I not have gasoline on hand when needed. After assembling and hooking up directly to the propane source the generator cranked immediately with the electric start. Very impressed at this point with the purchase.

I have had numerous generators both large and small at home and at work (up to 300kw) I purchased this unit to replace a 20 yr old General for my home. I had converted that to propane and wanted the same. This is dual fuel. with electric and remote start. I wanted that feature so it would be easier for my wife to use. Within 10 minutes of opening the box I had it running and powering my house (I minimize what is powered up). Due to Issaias, we are without power for 2 days already. My food is safe in the fridge and freezers (4 plus my neighbors)
I just received it today but so far I am very impressed. I plan to buy some for work.

7500 DF Generator

I purchased it in June 2 and it was delivered 6/12 I was so impressed with the quality for the price, had damaged to the remote but Didn’t notice until the electrical work on the house was finished and I went to start it, but I still would give them 5 stars.

bought on 7/11/2020. As it is a unit that can run on propane. We have a medical need to run an oxygen machine 24/7. Firred up first time. Now have a Gentent cover for it.
