Great experience overall, starting from the user manual - written clearly and comprehensively. The generator is well built with modern features, the duel fuel option is great. I tried it on propane - it Started on first try, runs smooth, not too loud. Multiple output options are great. The remote electric start is a great feature, and the battery charges during runtime is a plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this generator after losing power for an extended time due to a recent storm. The best features of this generator is the gas/LP switch and remote start. With just the push of a button it can be started or with the remote fob. It is also remarkably quiet for what I expected. For a powerhouse generator, it's the same noise level as the lawn mower. This will work great in a generator shed hooked to a future transfer switch to power some of the house.

Easy to understand directions. Fires right up and love the remote start fob. The size is great, not too big and the wheels make it easy to move if needed. All around just what I needed!

We haven't had to use this yet, but just the piece of mind having a quick start and key fobby to start it and the gas/propane option is great!
