A very user friendly generator

I've only owned it for a day. Unpacking the generator was normal. I did notice a bit of oil which had dripped out of the oil dipstick area. I cleaned the generator up and didn't notice any defects. I checked all the bolts for tightness, spark plug and connections for any problems and there were none. Wheels and mounts were easy to install. I put about 2 gallons of fuel in and it fired right up. FYI, engine beginners, make sure you have the choke on full before the first start. It's the little metal lever under the choke label, push that to the right and it will start right up. Its automatic so it will move back to normal run on its own. Very nifty little wireless on and off switch which worked perfectly even from inside my house.

A new purchase and am happy with it. Just a small glitch initially,batt. wires not connected and not indicated in set-up literature. Once I spotted that it was smooth sailing

I purchased this in preparation for the hurricane season. On unpacking the box I found the assembly instructions straight forward and after filling with oil, a little gas and connecting the battery the generator started with barely a hesitation. I feel confident that when required the 7500DF will provide all th backup power I need via the manual transfer system I have had installed. I particularly like the remote start facility.
