Exactly what my home needs

I bought this a week ago and have not had to use it yet. Although I am secretly hoping for a power outage to put it to the the test. I am aware that it needs to run at reduced power to begin with and I have been running it periodically to break it in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good features but will not run on gasoline

I purchased generator, to power rural vacation cabin, where I do have 500 gal.propane tank which is my main source of fuel, but with initial start up, gasoline was tried but generator would not start! Upon Changing unit over to propane it started and ran fine. I contacted customer service, he was very accommodating but generator is miles from my home, I will try again when I am on location with the techician that installed it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoy the remote star n stop.. along with the duel fuel option. Just wish it was a little less quieter and would come with the L14 30R extension cord...

We purchased this generator to replace an older smaller one we'd had for years. We get frequent storms and outages where we are in CT and had a chance to test this new one out right away. Worked well with our transfer switch, had a long run time with a full tank of gas [12 hours at least]. The push button start and option to use propane are nice added features. Would definitely recommend to a homeowner who experiences power outages for days/weeks at a time.
