Great Features

I bought this generator after researching all the others. There were many more features on the Westinghouse that the others didn’t have. Some main items were the covered outlets, and dual fuel, electric and remote start. Installed it in combination with a transfer switch installed by a licensed Electrician. Living in Southern Florida storms pop up all the time and a lot are severe. This generator fits the bill for any emergency I may have

VERY HAPPY I BOUGHT IT. LOVE THE DUAL FUEL FEATURE AND THE REMOTE STARTER. ALREADY INSTALLED A TRANSFER SWITCH AT MY HOUSE. ALL I NEED TO DO IS PLUG IT AND START IT.

After extensive research across many brands and with the input of local professionals we selected the Westinghouse WGen7500DF. Having the ability to use either gas or propane was important along with the remote start. Although not the quietest option, the many features, value and reliability of the brand were the deciding factors for our purchase decision.

I am happy to review as requested but I have not owned this generator a full week yet. Assembly was easy but it would help to note the oil capacity in the manual. The start-up was easy and the features are good. I hope it continues to impress. I might give a five after I've used it for a year but only a four here because it's early.
