Easy to assemble

I bought this in December 2020 and finally had a good day to get it put together and initial start completed.
Pros: Very easy to assemble.
Battery was ready to go without having to charge it even thought it had been sitting for a few months. Company shipped with it disconnected from circuit - good thinking.
Well thought out control panel with plenty of circuits and easy to read controls.
Large wheels, lift up handle with correct weight distribution makes moving a snap.
Smooth transition from gas to propane and back no issues at all.
Very quiet operation compared to my out of service unit.
Nicely placed equipment tag with model and serial numbers.
CONS: The manual instructions indicate that the key fob must be programmed prior to start telling user to press and hold red pairing button on side of control panel. I never did find it. On third reading found a note that said remote start fob should come paired from factory which was true. That needs to be in larger font and bolded. Would have saved 10 minutes of frustration.
RECAP: gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of manual instructions related to remote key fob. I haven't run unit under load but doubt there will be an issue as unit ran very smooth under no load conditions, very little vibration. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a similar output dual fuel unit,

Awesome Quality

Less than 30 minutes to put together, added oil, hooked up Propane and paired Key Fob. Pushed start and within 3 seconds - up and running. Ran for 2 hours and all is well. Bought to tie into Solar Inverter, can't wait, thanks Westinhouse, Joe.

I bought this versatile generator as back-up power for our home. It works great! This generator supplies enough power to keep necessities, such as fridge and lights, running when main power is interrupted.

I purchased this unit in December and it operates flawlessly thus far. The Key FOB is also a plus. Only problem I have encountered is the mechanical gas gauge does not work properly so Ill be asking them to send a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!
