I love this generator!

I have owned several different generators over the years and used a few others belonging to friends. This is THE BEST by far and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home generator in this price range. Startup is so easy you can quite literally do it blindfolded - no kidding! Also I love having both propane and gas for fuels and the fact that you can switch back & forth between the two fuels without stopping the engine. With the remote, I can start it (or kill it) from inside the house without going outside in cold weather. I could go on and on about all the features, but you can read them yourselves -- check it out!

Excellent Generator

It arrived in perfect condition. I added the oil, hooked up the propane and it fired right up.
For the initial run plan to run it for 30 mins with very light load (60 watts on each side) and change the oil; then run it for 60 minutes light to medium load (120 watts on each side) and change the oil again; then run it for 90 minutes with intermittent heavy loads (1,500 watts each side) This process of adding in the loads progressively allows the piston rings to seat in and polish the cylinder walls. (I am following this advice from a previous post I read.)
This generator is fairly loud. Similar to running a 2 stage snow blower. But it should do nicely in cranking out the power. I plan to hook it up to my house for emergency power when needed. It seems very well built and runs great! So far so good!

Easy setup

Purchased this a few weeks ago. Set up was easy. My husband are senior citizens and we were able to do it ourselves.. We will be ready next time our power is interrupted.
