Easy to move and use

I'm happy with this generator! It's easy to move and not too heavy to move. It's easy enough for a first time user, like myself, to use.

Ease of moveing around, remote start option

Both my wife and I have health issues and the ease of moving this in and out of the garage when we have power outages has made life a lot easier. The remote start is also a big help.

I bought this product and so very glad we did. I'm glad it has the duel power ability. It is a good size so it doesn't take up too much space and easy to move because of the wheels.

Worked well but manual is outdated

The manual we received had a small sticker with this model number pasted over what was presumably an older model number. Most of the info was the same but NOT all of it, including the battery hookup procedure and location of a couple of cords. It took us a little while to figure out what was going on, and while the final connection seemed intuitive enough, it was still a guess and that's not something we should need to do with a purchase of this magnitude. Nonetheless, when he ultimately needed to use it for the first time, after a windstorm left us without power for three days, it worked well. There didn't appear to be any power fluctuations of note, and our appliances were just fine. Bear in mind that it is louder than the "average" generator, but it is worth it.

Great generator for a ranch house

Plenty of power to energize a medium size ranch house.
The only upsetting part was trying to screw the bolts for the legs. There is a lot of room for improvement there. Other than that it runs like a champ!
