I have not used this generator yet, but I have borrowed it in a pickle from someone who owned it. It worked perfectly, so we got one of our own!

Delivery was very good, no damages and on time. The packaging was thought out and very good. Parts didn't slide around and get scratched up or dented and the paint was excellent. Manuals were on top and easy to read. Directions were good and easy to follow. Silica Packs were in the packaging to prevent moisture from damaging generator and parts. The wheels and feet were very easy to put together and work well. The handle lifts up for moving to various locations then folds down out of the way. The feet if placed on a smooth floor sound like suction cups so this generator won't be vibrating across the floor. The battery was easier than the instructions showed, just plug together. They give you a funnel to get the supplied oil into the general with out a mess. I attached the propane regulator to the generator and propane tank and bled the air out. Turned on the switch and pressed start and it started right up and lights went on. Also, the fob works great. I didn't put picture in, I think people know what generators look like. But I will say I like the color and design. I plan on using this for many years to run my well pump and refrigerator when utility service is out.

I just bought this generator and have not used it as of yet. Not looking for the electric to go out again any time soon but now we are prepared.

I bought the Wgen7500df for backup power in the cold Maine winters. I wanted the propane option to eliminate the sticky carb. problems. Generator arrives when it was supposed to. No damage from shipping. Instructions were easy to read and understand. I hooked it up and tested it out on propane. It worked and produced power no problems. I tested the remote and it worked as it should. I am happy with the product and would by again. I would and did recommend to a friend.

Off the pallet out of the box, easy assembly within minutes, hooked up to propane and an instant start. I was surprised at how quiet it is for the size and way less odor in the garage from using propane. I will be having an electrician wire this up to the panel for me in order to use the smart auto switch over. Nice engineering work for sure!

Just got this generator up and running think i am going to love the dual fuel factor live in the country so can't always get to town for fuel, this gives me two fuel choices!

I enjoy having the versatility in the fuel source. In the instructions you may as well state, FOR A NEW PURCHASED GENERATOR, POUR IN THE WHOLE CONTAINER OF OIL. I was pouring a little - then check. Pour a little - then check. I did not want to mess-up the process, because i didn't know how large or small the tank was. By the time I realized it, three quarters of the container was empty. Anyway, I'm happy to have it.
