Generator found to be in great shape when unboxed. Didn't Completely hook up battery, called support they ANSWERED immediately !! Talked me through it.
(item not mentioned in Manual) going to fuel it up and test tomorrow. So far would recommend.

We have had many outages in past few years. Last time was out 5 days. Being Sr Citizens we now have a sense of comfort knowing during an outage we will now have water and electric for our eminent needs.

Excellent Product

The generator package that arrived was amazingly easy to set up and operate. The manual is nicely displayed with simple directions with lots of photos to support the assembly narrative. All parts in one box making them easy to find. Put the wheels on, fill up with oil, put some gas into the tank and turned it on! Setting up the remote is simple as well. A very nice addition is the Westinghouse bag that holds the wrench and spark plug socket. I recommend this generator to anyone.

I just received this generator in great condition. Pleased with features and appearance. I bought this generator base required features and on reviews from others. I have not yet had the opportunity to use this product.

My generator arrived in good condition and right on schedule. It was easy to set up except one of the bolts wouldn't thread so I had to thread it from behind to set the threads and then install it from the front. The instructions in the manual on how to connect the battery didn't match the way my battery connected so I was a little confused for awhile but found it easy to connect once I figured it out. The oil was a little difficult to pour using the funnel provided but I got it done. I had an electrician wire my panel and put an outlet on the side of my house for easy connection. I set it up using propane because I didn't want to leave gas in it, started it and tested the switch over and it worked fine and ran my furnace and lights great. I'm very happy with my purchase.
