Hurricane Florence left us without electricity for 9 hours. Unit worked like a charm. Remote start was helpful and had more than enough power to keep the refrigerator running while keeping the family comfortable.

Living in SW Florida this generator is necessary for running our back up box air conditioning units, refrigerators, lights and fans when we experience power shortages during tropical and hurricane storms. We purchased this one for a "back up" but decided it was far superior and intend it to be our "go to".
