Needed within month after purchase

This served me well for a surprise Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). In the middle of the night, ~2:00am, the power company shut off our electricity, with no prior announcement. Fortunately, I had moved the generator and extension cords into position a few days earlier, when a PSPS warning had come but without the power shutoff. I just pushed the button to start the generator after opening the fuel valve, turning the ignition on, and operating the manual choke. A minute later, I plugged in the extension cords and walked around the house plugging things in. I had already filled the gas tank and it lasted about 10-11 hours as there was not a heavy load, just a refrigerator, a full-size freezer, a computer with a UPS system, a television, and a few lights. Another tank of gas provided all the power I needed that evening. The line power came back on about 3:30 the next morning. Compared to other recent PSPS occurrences (two since summer with one lasting two days), this one was a breeze. It made me wish I had purchased this generator earlier.

WGen7500DF ready for winter!

I just received this generator with one minor blemish.. the frame was badly pushed in on one corner and when I tried to call the support number they were closed for the weekend.. So I plan on trying it and it there are no failures I'll probably just keep it.. after trying it for a few I'll update this review to reflect performance.
Was purchased to replace a 5500/6750 watt generator with only a 20amp rv plug.. it still ran fine but a transfer switch rated at 30amps was installed and I wanted to utilize it's capacity. We have had a lot of power outages due to storms/wind and ice in the past year or so and I was tired of running extension cords all over the place.
I would recommend this to a friend!
