Someone finally got it right. Five minutes to put together, hooked up propane, put battery plug ends together, added oil, and hit the switch. Bingo, started right up. Couldn't get any simpler. Also great handle to pull it with.

This generator is top of the line. I give the generator itself a 5 star rating.
WGen did promise a free cover with purchase but then stated that the offer was no longer available to to high demand. Because of this service I dropped their rating.

I bought this to replace a porter cable 5500 watt generator. This pull my whole house and is so easy to start. Using the remote I don't even have to leave the house

The instructions could use some work. When unboxing the unit, the battery cables coming from the alternator are not one comeplete wire, they are two pieces of wire, not connected, and are ziptied together. My negative battery cable was already connected to the battery. You may have to look for wires coming from the alternator a bit, mine were up under the cover, and there is no mention of that in the instructions. Other than that, everything else is explained.

I unpacked the unit and 10 minutes later it was up and running. Simple and easy understand the set up and to operate. It's now connected to a six circuit switch prepared to power my home. In the meantime all functions were put to the test, gas, LP, voltages, outlets, including a test inside the home.

Almost retired and never want to go through living in a house at 45 degrees for a three day power outage again. This is a heavy machine, but the wheels were simple enough for my husband and I to put on, enabling us to get it down a steep hill to the back of our house without incident. Directions to start were easy enough. It started right up. We're having an electrician put in a sub panel. Now when we hear bad weather coming we have peace of mind. I'd give it 5 stars but haven't had it long enough.
