When Hurricane Michael hit us in Alabama we were out of power but thankfully I just recently purchased this amazing generator. It ran my entire house without any issues. Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, TV, Internet, Coffee Pot and much more. I couldn't be more happy with this product.

Dual fuel is a definite advantage for it is easy to store propane. The only downside of this generator is its weight for it is not very light.

Came earlier than expected undamaged and seems to work although I have only started it to make sure it worked; otherwise I might give 5 stars. I plan to use during power outages which can last for days in the Pacific northwest. I would have preferred the cover offered, but I guess a free power strip is better than nothing. The shipment tracking was also lacking in communication as I specified a call for delivery appointment, but only relieved a call from driver when he was 20 minuets away; good thing I happened to be home!
