trouble starting this thing

I like the features of this generator. However, it was a beast to start up the first time around. It finally worked when starting on manual. After it ran a while, I tried it with the push button. It struggle a bit, but finally did start. I still haven't been able to start it with the included remote. I even charged the battery up with the included charger. Hopefully I won't have these problems when I actually need the generator (intended for home backup).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Runs what I want it too run. I'm very happy with the purchase. Ran it on Propane first and then tried it on gas. I would recommend this generator to all my acquaintances.

Started right up, the remote key fob start is a huge bonus! I was surprised at how quiet it was. Everything worked right out of the box and it’s still doing well!

Ease of assembly

Delivery was right on time, brought right to top of my driveway and placed in garage. the generator is designed with the home owner in mind, easy to follow iinstructions.

Dual Fuel and Remote Start the best

The dual fuel is a bonus but I actually bought for propane as less expensive and had it hooked direct to a 250 gallon tank at my hunting camp. Remote start is the other reason, probably more important. Works right from my kitchen table on sub 20 degree mornings and powers the entire building.
