So far no major issues

The generator appears to be made well. It was a little difficult to find the break in time and procedure in the manual. It was great that it came charged but it was very hard to start the first time and it needed manual manipulation of the choke to finally get it it start. From there it ran fine so I hope this thing is ready for when I actually need it!

Replaced older pull start gas powered generator. Easy to setup and run. Really like the remote control feature.

I recently purchased this generator to use for any loss of power due to impending Florida hurricanes. I just received it and haven’t yet tested it.
It looks like it will come in handy if needed.

The remote charger was missing from the shipment. I will contact customer service on Monday.

The salesman put the unit together very easily I might add and started the unit up by pushing the button. He then started the unit up with the remote. It works great and not loud at all.
