Great Generator

Easy start, easy maintenance - been through two hurricanes already...more than enough to do everything needed on daily basis (house temp, food storage, electrical devices charged, washer...and the some) and gave us options to pick the shorter gas or propane line. Would recommend to all.

Bought this for emergency back up power. Went with dual fuel since propane has a much longer shelf life than gasoline, but I can still use gasoline. It started right away and it isn’t overly noisy. This generator will more than fill the need if it arises.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

I've been thinking about getting a generator for emergency back-up power for my home for a long time. I finally decided to pull the trigger. I did a bunch of research and settled on this one. It has all of the features I was looking for, plus some. I'll be hooking this into my houses' electric meter through a GenerLink connection switch. Still waiting for that to get hooked up. But I tried this out today. Unpacking it, and what little assembly there was, was easy. The instructions to get it running the first time were great. I did have to charge up the battery, but I thought I might have to. After it was charged (about an hour), I found it started just as easily with the key fob, the start button, and the pull rope. I've only run it on propane so far. I figured it would be really noisy, but I was surprised that it was much less than expected. Overall, I'm very happy and now feel a little more adequately prepared for the unexpected.

Zero Issues started right up

Just received this generator this morning, was worried about damage due to reviews about packaging. Opened her up and all was good!. Putting the wheels on was a breeze.Filled her up with oil, connected the battery and electric ignition cables, connected propane and she fired right up. Very very pleased!

Really awesome generator

After using my father inlaws generator during the last power outage, i was so impressed with his Westinghouse WGen7500, i was very confident in purchasing the same. I opted to go for the Dual fuel system since storing propane is easier. Noise was in a respectable range, very reasonable for a generator, definitely more quite than my neighbors. 7k watts was more than enough to power my house along with a 150 gal saltwater reef tank. Easy to use, easy to set up & easy to service. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, i would recommend it.
