Easy assembly and operation!

We recently bought this generator. It arrived well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. We were pleased to find engine oil, LPG regulator-hose, and a battery charger included. The generator can be started by a push button on the unit, a remote fob, or a back up hand start. So far we have only started this generator on LPG. It fired right up and was relatively quite. We are giving this 4 stars based on the initial start up, apparent build quality, 3 yr warranty and its features. We are hoping not to use this generator but if we do we will be updating this review to 5 stars.

Great Features

I bought this unit because of the wireless start feature, i had a time getting it cranked for the first time but after that it runs perfect. the auto choke does not work right so am now gonna have to call customer service and find out what to do about that. over all it a very nice Generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great investment

I live in Fl and researched many generators before purchasing. Generator was very easy to put together and simple to start. I installed a transfer switch to make it easier to operate during a power outage. I was able to hook up several light sockets, refrigerator/freezer x2, internet, water pump for my septic tank, pool pump, electric washer/gas dryer and a few others totaling 10 items on my transfer switch. This generator was able to start them all up and run smoothly on gasoline. I do have a LP line being installed so I'm not quite sure if all the above items will work at ounce. Regardless I'm sure it will handle what I need even if I have to back off a few throughout the outage.

Great product for the money

We bought this generator prior to our move from Ohio to Florida a few months ago. I finally opened the box yesterday and put it together. It fired right up and looks and runs great. It’s a lot louder than I had hoped for but in an area known for hurricanes I’m sure the neighbors are used to hearing them. After hearing all the hype on damages to the generator during shipment I was very happy to see mine arrived in perfect condition. Great product for the money.

Is quieter than other generators ive owned

I bought this 1 month ago and the first thing i see when unboxing that it has some damage in what i believe the alternator is, after some test the generator works great i just hope that hit doesn't come with any hidden damage.
ill give 5 stars but the people that packed the generator did not see that and is very visible so...

Simple setup

Waited for two months for delivery after placing order. It looks like the wait was worth it. Received in good condition, but a couple of non-obvious things slowed setup. First, a different method of battery connection was provided, simple and easy to do, but not as described in the manual. The second issue was the packaging, (or lack of) for the key fob starter. It was not in the accessory box, nor attached to a yellow tag as other parts and warnings were. It was clipped around the starter rope and hidden by the rope pull handle. When found, it was properly paired with the generator and worked as expected. Starting was perfect, beginning with propane and started on second crank. output is 250 VAC, 63 Hz, now, but may change as break-in is done. 3780 RPM is 5% above rating, yielding a 5% higher Hz.. Looks like a winner and am looking forward to applying it to my transfer switch. Cable was ordered at time of generator order but not shipped with it. Still waiting status on cable. Oil furnished was exactly the amount required to top up, but funnel supplied should be longer to reach under the control panel and into the oil fill port.

Well packaged and easy to get running

Now that I own this terrific generator I'm sure I'll never experience about power outage... But at least I'll have peace of mind. Meanwhile, this unit gets great reviews, came in perfect condition, and once I completed the ten minute quick start process it fired right up without any issues at all

Product appears to work as advertised. There was some damage to the fuel tank that appears to have happened at the factory as the roll bars would prevent this type of damage in shipping. This is the reason for the lower rating.
