Easy startup right out of the box

Purchased to replace my 20 year old 5000 watt generator. In less than 25 minutes I had the generator running right out of the box using the quick start guide provided. Much quieter than my old generator. With push button or remote start anyone in the household can start this generator with ease.

Plan to use this as a back generator for storms. We lose our power several times a winter and decided it was time to do something about it. Found the generator was easy to assemble and started right up. it should run all the necessities in our home. Looking forward to not being in the dark the next storm!

Haven't stressed it yet...just circular saw, drill, air compressor, etc. Have only used the propane...clean and mean! Cranks up when asked with no issue!

I'm a fairly petite woman, but had no issues unboxing the generator, attaching the wheels and moving it into place. It only took a few minutes to add the oil and connect the battery and propane tank . It started right up with the push of a button. Like others, I plan to use the propane for testing and maintenance and only add the gasoline when I have a true emergency. It's a little loud, but not as bad as other generators I've heard. I'm very pleased so far.

Was in need of a generator for power outages... did my research and read a lot of reviews... final result came to Westinghouse... wanted a dual fuel with remote start with a fare amount of running amps... I chose the WGEN7500DF with remote... it was perfect... received it in less than two weeks due to scheduled delivery time... very pleased with product...assemblies the wheels and stands... although very heavy, maneuvers around very easily... easy propane hook up... being the technology junky I am, I decided to crank it with the remote control first... just as I had expected, it cranked right up and ran like a charm... it's a bit loud but hey, it is what it is a motor with 60Hz at 3600rpm... VERY PLEASED

After being out of power for at least 5 days three times in the last four years, I decided (or, rather, my wife told me) it was time to buy a generator. The solidly constructed Westinghouse 7500 required easy, minor assembly (wheels and added oil) and, best of all, started immediately. Looking forward to out first power outage!
