Good features but will not run on gasoline

I purchased generator, to power rural vacation cabin, where I do have 500 gal.propane tank which is my main source of fuel, but with initial start up, gasoline was tried but generator would not start! Upon Changing unit over to propane it started and ran fine. I contacted customer service, he was very accommodating but generator is miles from my home, I will try again when I am on location with the techician that installed it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exactly what my home needs

I bought this a week ago and have not had to use it yet. Although I am secretly hoping for a power outage to put it to the the test. I am aware that it needs to run at reduced power to begin with and I have been running it periodically to break it in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this as a backup for home after the Derecho storms of summer 2020 in Iowa. Works great, I like the ability to switch fuel sources, it's compact enough to fit under my workbench table.

Very pleased with the product - instruction manual is VERY user-friendly and easy to understand for those (like me) who are new to generators.
Really appreciate that it comes with the needed oil and tools (spark plug socket, funnel).
