Took delivery of this on the morning before a power outage. So glad I did. The remote / power start makes it so easy. And the dual fuel option is great when everyone seems to be buying the gasoline.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After losing 2 freezers worth of food due to a thunderstorm decided that it wasn't going to happen again so purchased this generator just in time before getting hit for a second time in 3 weeks.
Generator worked flawlessly started first time and had power restored in a matter of minutes. Nice selection of power outputs I plan to use the L14-30 output to get whole house connected and get rid of the extension cords, this unit has more than enough power to do this. Love the GCFI protection , remote start , power output display, and more not the kind of extras you see with other generators. Arguably a heavy unit but definitely robust and that's what you need for reliability especially when using it for whole house support.
Oh and yes it's dual fuel so if the gas station has lost power you have another backup option nice!

Easy to use on first startup

Great product, easy to use on first startup. Constructed better than our previous 7500W generator. Outer packaging could be a little better, but product was not damaged. If I could fault anything it's that the directions recommend synthetic oil, but the oil provided was standard. Came with tools!

Set up quick...fairly easy instruction..once completed though it would not turn over...it won't start
