Ready For Anything

Received the WGen7500DF and it arrived in great shape! It was easy to assemble - just the base - tires and feet needed to be put on. Added oil and gas and it was ready to go! Runs as advertised. Uses both gas and propane with no issues. Powers as advertised! We will soon be connecting it to our house using the transfer switch. We're now ready for just about anything!

High quality and reliable

The WGen7500DF started up and ran smoothly the very first time I tried it. During a recent power outage, I hooked it up to the transfer switch in our garage and it powered the 6 circuits in our kitchen and family room without any difficulty. I recommend this generator as a safe and low cost backup for home power outages.

Works Great

Bought the product few weeks ago, once it arrived it was easy to assemble the few parts and was ready to go quickly after unboxing. Everything works great, both manual start as well as the quick start button and the remote key fob worked right away. So far had a chance to use it one time when we lost utility power, it ran great and provided power to the whole house for a few hours. Much better than my previous generator that it replaced.

Just got the unit, got it fired up, it did exactly what the instructions said it would do, we actually have 2 tropical systems that are targeting the Gulf of Mexico and the coast of Florida so I hope not but we may have a chance to try it out!

Wow! Great generator

Well made product with great features. Hubby was tired of hurting his shoulder using our old pull start generator so we were searching for models with remote electric start and stop. This one purrs like a kitten. We were suprised how quiet it is. It includes many nice features such as ability to use gas or propane. The next power outage will be much easier to handle.

We get a lot of storms in the NE and we are guaranteed to lose power 60% of the time. I was looking for a generator that would be able to hook directly into the house (with the proper connection) and basically be able to power most things in my home. The dual fuel is a bonus and as was when Sandy hit the gas stations went out also.

Very nice looking generator with all the features that you need and then some. I particularly like the data center, remote start, dual fuel and gas gauge plus the fact that it comes with a battery charger, oil and funnel - which are some of reasons why I bought this model. Assembly was very easy but had a little trouble starting it and keeping it running at first using the remote and electric start button; however, a couple pulls with the recoil cord had it purring like a kitten. No issues after that on other attempts to start using the remote and electric start button. Alternator end cover came damaged, which seems common from what I have read in other comments. I contacted customer service to have a replacement cover shipped. Generator only arrived a week ago so we haven't had to use it for an emergency yet but I am confident in its ability to get us thru the next power outage.
