Great Construction- Works Well!

It was delivered on 08/15/2020. No issues with delivery. Came in one piece with nothing broken. Easy to put together with instructions given. Tested with Propane and 120V GFI outlet running one lamp. Worked flawlessly. More to test after we get the 30A inlet hook up this week.

Will not start on gasoline

Must have for power outages

I bought this item to provide temporary power for critical appliances (e.g., refrigerator) during power outages. I deliberately bought one that would be able to handle being plugged into a transfer box for when I ultimately get one installed. This item was perfect for that.

A couple of minor issues getting started.

Just purchased so time will tell in terms of performance. I do really like the dual fuel and plan to run off my two existing 120 gallon tanks so no more worries about storing gasoline and local stations that arre also without power. The only reason this was not 5-stars was that there was no note to connect the battery plug that was somewhat hidden and zip ties. Also so the spark plug connector was loose so it would not start with the pull cord. Then would not start the the push button until I figured out the battery connector cable was not plugged together. Also, IMO they should have 7-day a week technical support... if you lose power over a weekend and have trouble that's not so great,

The Generator Arrived yesterday. Delivery was smooth and punctual and with no issues. Assembly and startup using the provided manual and instructions was a breeze. This one is a heavy generator and looks very sturdy. Used Propane to start it up. It ran flawlessly, and I was able to power up a single lap on the 125V GFI outlet. More to validate after I get the L14-30 inlet hook up next week. I am sure things will be fine.
