having issues

worked fine, but now AC/CA 120V 20A outlet doesn't work, wont reset after hitting reset button
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great purchase

Purchase this because it is a dual fuel. This really came in handy after the hurricane hit and we lost power. I have a small work shop which has a mini split A/C and we plugged it in and had some cool air and lights and we ate are lunch in a very comfortable condition. Very please on our first use. Hope to have many more if needed.

Great safety features!

Example: The safety items, like the CO sensor shut off panel, the main and 20 amp circuit breakers, the GFCI on the receptacles and the maintenance codes that will keep the generator working safely and the operator safe from either carbon monoxide poisoning or from hazardous electrical shocks.
All these and other features like the battery charging that protects from overcharging and having to replace the battery.

Excellent Unit!

Bought this unit after seeing thousands of positive reviews online. We need it for the upcoming bad weather in NE Ohio during Winter. It is very easy to unpack and assemble: and it comes with everything you need to get going immediately, even a quart of oil, a funnel; and a propane attachment should you need it. There is also a remote key fob! It started right away connected tola propane tank; and the noise level isn't too bad I feel. The handle makes for easy moving and it's transfer switch ready.
It will bring peace of mind for my family should any outages happen during sub zero temps! I can highly recommend this awesome genny!
