Generator always has issues starting!

I have powered this generator on 3 times or so since November 2022, it always has issues starting. We have followed the directions, made sure the oil and fuel are topped off (fuel has stabilizer compound in it), the switches and settings are in the right positions, and still the thing won't start. More recently, we double checked the battery charge level which was low, so we charged it. Once we reconnected it and ensured everything was all set, the generator still wont start! We also are using the push button start option. We also tried the pull start as well to no avail. Is it me or is this particular generator just a lemon or is Westinghouse a bad brand?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy To Operate

I had it out of the box and ready to use in only a few minutes. It started with a small propane tank attached on the first try. It is much quieter than my old generator and can handle a heavier load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This generator is simple to use with easy to understand instructions for gas or propane use. Push button and remote start are super convenient. The quick connect wire to the battery allows easy hookup to a trickle charger to keep the battery in prime condition. I’m very very happy with this purchase. Also it’s not nearly as loud as other generators I’ve been around
