Just bought a week ago. Put oil in and ran it for an hour to try out, everything is working as expected.

Very easy to opperate

We bought this to power our house during frequent outages in the Northwest. Super easy to set up and very easy to operate. Can't believe how quiet this is compared to our previous 2 generators. Hoping for a long-lasting product.

We bought this in preparation of another Ohio winter. Today we hooked it up to our transfer switch system and everything worked effortlessly! It starts great with the remote from inside which is great in cold winter weather. We live in the country so when the power is out the water pump doesn’t work (so no flushing). This generator ran everything that we need it to!

Very robust but an easy-to-use generator. Has all the features and bells and whistles but it's easy enough that you could teach someone who's never used a generator before how to work it in 5 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
