Awesome unit!

Very little assembly required, literally bolting on four parts (2 wheels, 2 feet). Comes with everything you need to make power except fuel. Add engine oil, connect battery, and add fuel, good to go!

Key fob doesn't work.

Key fob cranks the starter but is unable to start the generator despite being able to start the generator by pressing the "START" button. Recalibrated the key fob as indicated in the instructions and still cranks with no ignition. Called customer support, and after an extremely long wait, was told that somebody would get back to me who could help. Months later and no returned phone call, I still have a dysfunctional key fob. Thankfully, I can still manually (and with the use of the "START" button) start the generator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Right out of box remote start won't work.

So far I'm not impressed. I got remote start because I can't start with a pull cord. Even after running for awhile and plugging battery in, remote start fails to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
