This generator is POWERFULL. I am happy to have chosen this one. It is well constructed and easy to use. When switching on a load it doesn't hesitate to deliver.

Deep Freeze or Summer Hurricane, We Have Power

After the infamous Texas Deep Freeze of 2021, we bought this generator. In south Texas, when winter ends, it's a short time to hurricane season. Our new generator is so easy to use. The electric start makes startup easy for my 71-year-old wife and me (age 66). Plus we upgraded our house's electric system so this generator can power the house, too.

After purchasing this generator about two months later the start stop switch failed. The technical support team responded in a reasonable amount of time. The team diagnosed the problem and shipped a replacement. Although it was a little hard to replace the switch the generator is up and running again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first geanerator

I purchased this model because of the dual fuel feature. I commissioned this product last month, using propane for fuel. The start-up was easy, The unit runs quiet, and the maintenance schedule seems reasonable. Looking forward to many years of service.
