This is my second generator - so when I started this one, I was surprised that it seemed to run at full load speed (i.e. no switching to idle when I have no load on it.) I was concerned and spent the day calling various numbers provided by Westinghouse - after explaining the situation they would all say return the unit - the last call was to the mechanic should the unit need repair - and he explained their is no autoamtic idle feature on this unit - so it would run at full speed. But other than that - I am very happy with the unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect solution for our small house, runs everything except the drier. The remote start/stop feature is a nice plus.

I bought this to make sure we could power our fridge and freezer and part of the house. I have not had a chance to start it or use it. It does seem like really good quality. i love that it has remote start for my wife to easily use it if i am not home. i will update this once i put some hours on it.

Easy to use

We had to buy this when our regular backup generator quit working.
I disabled and my wife had to operate it and replace the propane tanks.
She had no problem using the generator.
Very happy with the purchase

Perfect for my household back up power

I wanted dual fuel for flexibility, and a remote to start and stop. Everything I need this generator has and its actually quieter than my old briggs&stratton

I bought this a few days ago. Delivery was quick and efficient. Although I hope I never need to use it, I feel safer having it. It's a sturdy piece of equipment and easy to operate.
