All the bells and whistles!

We just received our Westinghouse 7500DF and absolutely can’t wait to start this bad boy up! I love the duel fuel feature as well as the push button start. It also includes a key FOB for remote start as well. I really like that proper use instructions are clearly printed on the top of the generator as a quick start guide. It is a very heavy piece of equipment that I know is well made by Westinghouse. They are top of the line and I am extremely satisfied with this purchase!

Fits My Needs Perfectly

Product arrived and placed on exact spot for unpacking and setup. Setup instructions were clear and setup was easy. After oil and gas added, generator started instantly using remote. Stopped generator then shifted to propane and restarted. For its size generator is quiet and sound level at 25 feet was substantially less and not nearly as noisy as many of the other generators in the neighborhood during a recent 3 day power outage. Intendended using to provide emergency 120/240 v power into home electrical panel which will allow continuous/selective power for most demands in our home. Dual Fuel is a great less costly option in the event gasoline is not a available.

Very Good Generator

I chose this generator based upon the reviews. I live off grid,this unit replaced the 4500w that finally died after many years of good service.. I recently added a new washer /dryer unit and discovered my stand by unit(another 4500w) was too small to supply my power needs. So far this unit has been awesome! I love the remote start, it starts right up even at 6 d f . It does use more gas than my previous unit but it is twice the size so was expected. Just like a car though, maintenance is the key to long life. Use only high grade ethanol free fuel and follow the maintenance schedule provided. I expect many years of service from this unit.

Does everything I need it to with ease!

I purchased this generator about a month ago for use with an enclosed utility trailer. I'm powering a microwave, small refrigerator, a portable A/C unit, television, 2 sets of track lights, a battery charger for 4s LiPos, Nintendo, speakers, a compressor and some random smaller items (phone chargers, etc...). It handles everything seemingly with ease. On my first day, I did the proper break in procedures (alternate the load to break in the stator windings) and after 6 hours of continuous use with a pretty decent load on it much of the time, I still had just under 1/2 tank of gas. So far, I'm really impressed by the quality of this machine!

Dual fuel good wattage remote start with 240 volt

The shipping company damaged the box so was nervous, after opening it up found no damage to the unit. After assembly and adding oil the test, hooked to my propane tank and hit the auto start button. After cranking a a couple times it stopped, a second or so later it started cranking again ( nice feature will only crank for short periods saving the battery and starter). Well on the third time sputtered to life and it was running. Since that first start fires up first try. I havent really put it through its paces yet so couldnt give 5 stars but all in all I like the quality and features. The remote start works.
Cons:
it's a beast gonna take two to load this.
Pretty loud, had 97db at 6 feet.

I purchased this unit in August, 2020 as a back-up home generator or as a portable off-site power plant.
After the initial set-up, the generator has fired up on-command every time.
This unit has all the features...outlets, voltage/amperage choices, needed for any and all of my uses.
Best of all...it's dual fuel. I can use the same propane canister from my BBQ, if needed.
I look forward to many, many hours of efficient use from my new WGen 7500DP.
I would recommend this to a friend!
