I have tried this on Propane and find it much quieter that my old generator. Easy to start. Love the just push the button. Haven't tried on gas, don't want to have to drain the tank or leave gas in it. Seems to be well built and I DON"T find it to be heavy, after all it is a generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Machine

No Delivery issues and no damage which others have mentioned. Put together using a brick to prop up each side while I installed wheels. Started up first try on gasoline and first try on Propane. It ran the whole house less 220 items with no strain. Included two air handlers. Haven't had real power outage for any period of time but I expect it will be great. My contact with Westinghouse customer service has been excellent and timely unlike some. I had a number of questions about the use of propane since I have never had one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, but the Warranty?

The warranty will be void if you make any modifications to the exhaust in order to put it in my RV. They offer no tail pipe, nor is it allowed to run the exhaust outside of your RV therefore it can’t be mounted inside the compartment made for a generator. as per tech. Support.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with this situation! As shown on our website, our warranty specifies for non-warrantable aplications, "Products that are modified or altered in a manner not authorized in writing by MWE Investments, LLC."
Unfortunately, any permanent modifications will null the coverage of your WGen7500DF because they are not designed for outside the original intended usage. While we do not authorize these changes for safety and preventative measures, you are free to modify the generator however you would like so long as you have a clear understanding of your warranty.

Remote easy start

Just bought it and so far just love it, remote works from my kitchen into my generator shed. the on thing I would change little longer muffler pipe , I am off the grid here.
