Feeling sorry for those that have gas generators

Great product. Easy to put together. Started up first try and ran like a charm. I love the fact that it allows me to use propane which is easier to store, since I only need it for infrequent power outages. Recommend it highly.

What A Beautiful Thing!!!!

I was given this generator as a gift. What a beautiful thing, I no longer have to stress about power going out. Product was easy to put together and was easy to start, all seems to be good. Although I have not used generator, what a comfort to know it is there and the customer service is too...

Bought this a few months ago and it looks to be a very well built machine. The electric start is awesome. This replaces an old problematic generator that was a bear to start. Looking forward to many years of service.

I purchased this product 1 month ago, but it was just delivered 12 days ago. I've scheduled an electrician for next week to hook up the transfer box. So far, I have prepped it for use, but have not yet fired it up. Prep included just a few steps - very easy: I installed 2 wheels and 2 feet, attached the battery wires and added oil. Here are my first impressions: 1) It was well packaged, 2) It was built like a tank - i.e. it was heavy with a rugged frame & internals, 3) It packed a lot of hardware into a relatively small footprint with an attractive appearance, 4) it's capable of powering most of our household, and 5) our electrician (who has worked with these units before) likes it and complimented our choice. I look forward to trying it out soon. So far, so good!

I PURCHASED THIS GENERATOR BECAUSE IT HAD A REMOTE WIRELESS START/STOP KEY FOB AND WAS RATED AS THE QUIETEST IN ITS SIZE CATAGORY.
I OWN THREE OTHER OLDER GENERATORS, THIS IS MY FAVORITE

This generator is not as powerful as I had hoped, tripped the shut off with basic use. It is very nice to have a remote start, but is on the noisy side.

I'm pleased with the delivery service, which placed the generator inside my garage, saving me from having to some heavy lifting. The dual-fuel option is very convenient as I have multiple propane tanks.
