I received the product just before Hurricane Flloyd came through. Assembly was easy, but a wheel and alternator cover were damaged in transit so I could not use it. I called and after several emails, replacement parts were on the way. Once received, Hurricane Michael was coming through. I added the parts and the unit started easily, ran smoothly, BUT there was no electrical output. Called Westinghouse but they said they were very busy and would call back in 24-48 hours. We lost power for several days, but Westinghouse never called back. We called again after 3 days and they said they were still busy but someone would definitely call from tech support. We waited another 5 days and tried again. This time, the man answering even mention he remembered talking to us previously. But still no one has called back. So Ordered item Sept 9, received Sept 14, still cannot get Westinghouse to help as of November 1. Service is severley lacking.

This generator is a replacement for my 15 year old Briggs and Straton. Read the quick setup instructions - installing the wheels and front supports is easy, if you follow the directions. Generator started right away on propane. Very pleased so far. It is quieter than my old generator, but still loud. This is to be expected. The battery start option is very nice. The test of time will tell if this generator is as good as all the positive reviews. Happy with my purchase so far.

I really like that it has 3 ways of starting - remote control, push button, and pull cord. Directions are easily understandable and everything is easy to access. It is a little slow to start, but then it roars to life. I am very happy with my purchase!

Starts easy with the push button option, but the manual option is not as easy. Took on average of 10-12 pulls before it would start on 3 occasions during our recent storm. Once I took the time to charge the battery it was well worth it. Started with no issues. Everything else works like I thought it would.
