I recently purchased this unit as a backup unit for home power. I recently installed a transfer switch, and needed a larger generator than I already had. After looking at all of the features and reviews, I felt confident purchasing this one.

Dual fuel portable generator

I am from New England but have been warned a generator is essential in Florida. We are both over 65. After much time reading reviews and talking to others, we determined that the dual fuel (gas or propane) presented the best options for us. Needless to say, the remote start was a must. A definete to have!

Great Performance

This generator performed great to power my house with the exception of the stove, washer and dryer. It gave us the necessities we needed through each power outage that included having A/C and heat.

During Hurricane Beryl our home was out of power for 6 days. But with the dual fuel system we had a portable a/c unit our fridge was plugged in and we had enough power to share with our neighbors.
