Came packed extremely well. Super Clean. Nice looking. Easy set up. Started right up using propane tank, and also started right up using gasoline. The remote start is a great bonus! I'd rather not have to use it, but when the power goes out, I know my family is in good hands!

Hurricane Irma showed us we needed to be better prepared. This unit is awesome, delivered and set up with ease. Runs beautifully. My wife loves the remote start as a bonus, she can get it going by herself. Look forward to many years of use with it.

Had issues with faulty pressure regulator

It works to do the job intended. The provided propane pressure regulator did not work correctly. Once replaced, it worked as advertised.

Got this WGEN7500 in the nick of time before winter storm Diego. Not too difficult at all for us to set up, and I was able to roll it easily into place in preparation for the 12+" of snow we were expecting (and got)! Easy to add oil and gas. Super easy to start. This motor is good-sized-somewhere between my Honda Rebel motor, and my husband's Sportster motor. We have it ready to power the refrigerator, lamps, coffeemaker and microwave! It arrived in a good box with a pallet, and no shipping damage at all.
