Works great, exactly as advertised

I tested this unit out today on both gas and propane, everything works as advertised. I almost wish we would have a power failure so I could check out it's duration.

Exactly What We Needed

This generator has the dual fuel feature as well as the power we needed. It is easy to use and well thought out. The built in battery charger is a welcome bonus. It has a sufficient number of plugs and runs pretty quiet on propane.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth the money spent

Arrived before the shipment date. No dents and packing was good. Firstly, the generator ran on propane but not gasoline. Called the customer service( really helpful) made a case and received a reply through email before 24 hours for instructions to fix the issue. I fixed it within 2 mins .. really impressed.

EASY TO USE AND POWERFUL

Just got this recently as a back up in the case of a power outage, which happens frequently here in winter. I am not mechanically adept but it is super easy to use. We started it up no problem and used it with a Generlink on my electic meter. It ran my furnace, water pump etc. with ease. The fob start (so you dont have to go outside) and the dual fuel use were huge selling points. We will have to wait and see on durability and reliability but so far so good! Much peace of mind when it gets to -40!!
