Looking to upgrade from my old 5000W generator and with much research decided to go with Westinghouse WGen9500. Just arrived today 1/9/19, unboxed and set up in 45 minutes. Shipped from Amazon.com in perfect condition. Started 3 seconds after pushing the start button, runs quiet compared to my old generator and looks great. Ran my 5 HP air compressor off 120V outlet and generator ran smooth with no drag. Plan to wire into house transfer switch to supply power during outage. Great features, powerful, looks great and I'm sure will serve my needs. Very satisfied with this
