After reviewing and evaluating several portable generators, I selected the WGen9500c for the appropriate output for my situation and for the remote start capability.

I bought this generator a little over a year ago. I initially set it up, ran it and all was good. I even pulled it out of my garage and ran it every so often.
When a predicted snow/ice storm came out, I pulled the generator out and put it where I’d be using it if power went out. Only problem, every time I started it, the CO light would flash and off it went. This was in an open area. I have tried several times in differing spots with no luck.
It has never really been used, just started periodically. I’m so disappointed. Please advise on how this can be fixed.
