Good value for the price

Good value for the price. Difficult to find fairly priced models that offer a 50amp outlet. Arrived in good condition. Can't rate 5 stars yet since I haven't had a chance to start it up yet.

Everything Needed

After extensive research I purchased the WGen9500 to power my necessary household electronics. The electrician hooked up the transfer switch and cable box and now I'm able to power my 3 ton heat pump unit, fridge, and necessary lighting. Customer service was great. After unpacking I couldn't find remote. Less than 24 hrs after my call, I received a call and the service rep walked me through the places to look and sure enough it was attached to the pull start cord. Setup was easy - 2 pads and 2 wheels. Easily movable with handle. Hopefully will never lose power but if we do it is nice knowing that I have something that will power the essentials.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Value and Great Features

I purchased this 3 weeks ago and have given it a good test run. It pulled my 3.5 ton AC unit with ease including my 1HP water pump. Voltage output and 60 Cycle frequency was stable. I like the outlets and digital information meter.

Haven’t started it up yet, but it arrived well before the due date and took just a few minutes to attach the wheels and front chicks, and fill it up with oil and gas.

This just arrived. I put on the wheels, stabilizers, added some oil, pushed the start button and it cranked right up! Couldn’t be happier!
