Great Generator

Just recieved my new WGen 9500 . Had a qualified electrican do the hooking up to my 220 AMP house panel.

Great Unit!

Bought this unit and had it shipped to me. Unit was in excellent condition. Wheel kit was simple to put on and the run flat tires are great. Added the included oil and fuel and it started up on first try. Ready for the Florida hurricane season!

Great Generator!

So far the generator has been Great! I did a test for my in home hook up and it ran everything, I mean Everything A/C, Well pump, you name it it does it. It is not that loud. Little noise but when your without power whats more important? Noise or power? (A/C). Its about the same noise as the Duromax 4850 I replaced it with. Cranks up every time when I do the monthly check and I haven't had to really put it to the test yet and hope I don't have to but if I do it will hold its own. After last year, being hit by Hurricane Florence In NC I thought It would be best to upgrade to a bigger Generator that ran everything and the price was great. Purchased it Online from Home Depot. They priced matched because it was cheaper from another known retailer. I would recommend this to anyone.

Received first order and item had a broken valve cover. Item was quickly picked up and shipped a new one to replace. Put it together and it started immediately

Awesome power

I bought this generator to replace a smaller unit for use during power outages. (South Louisiana- hurricane country). The smaller unit gave me lights, fans, fridge and freezer. This will let me have A/C. Setup was super easy, paired remote and started at first crank. What can I say, Very pleased!!

All the Bells and whistles

I purchased it a few weeks ago. Started it up runs great. Like the key less start option and it should have enough to power my well pump and most of my old house with 200amp main. Electrician coming to install a Transfer switch etc. Can't wait to see what it can do. 34 years of on and off power and doing without not anymore.

Just received. Delivered to home as scheduled. Simple instructions and easy setup: only steps are quick visual inspection to make sure everything appears in order, attaching two wheels and two mouting feet; adding engine oil, gas and attaching propane and connecting battey (at quick disconnect) and firing it up. Very easy start. Switching between fuel sources very easy while running. Only ran for 30 min but all power sources fully operational. One caution, this is a fairly heavy generator (about 250 lbs) so start your setup where it is easy to access until you get the wheels on it. Next step will be to see how it performs under load.
