This item is heavy-duty and even feels SOLID as you handle it. Arrived in good packaging, with clear instructions for getting started quickly. Very minimal assembly and preparation required before use. Following the instructions I had it ready and running in about 30 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the WGen9500DF for backup power. Great features, easy setup and works great. Powered essentially my whole house on propane which was the goal. The 7500DF was borderline. Thanks for coming out with the larger model.

Order on the sept 3rd, received on Sept 11th in good condition. Extremely easy to set up, specially with the new battery connection. Electrician came the same day to install 30A house plug in and Interlock system

I exchanged the generator I bought as Hurricane back up to get this power house that will be able to run my central AC and still have spare power for other electric consumers. Love all the different outlets and especially the RV plug. I have not started it yet but I am sure it will not disappoint.

Power to spare

I bought this generator to have backup power during hurricane season. I hooked it up to my circuit breaker the day I got it. I was able to power my whole 2200 square foot house, with the exception of the whole house air conditioning unit which I did not try. Very happy with the initial result, we will see how she does in a real power outage.
