Love the remote start.

We bought this after being without power so long with Helene. We had one with pull start and it was causing shoulder pain when attempting to start it. With the remote we just have to push the button from inside the house and it starts right up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought 3 weeks ago and are very pleased. Easy start. Bought this brand because my father and brother both have a Westinghouse Generator and have been extremely happy with them.

Great Features, easy to use!

We’ve been wanting a generator for a while. Living in Texas, we obviously experience hurricanes and the struggle for the power grid to hold up if and when it ever freezes. With the antioated snow and freeze we are currently experiencing we decided to prepare and purchase a generator. We bought the Duel Fuel 12500watt and are so happy. It was easy to set up and use. Love the remote start. We had a converter switch and outlet installed and it was the best decision. We did a trial run and this little generator powered the whole house. Luckily we haven’t had to use it yet but now we have peace of mind for when we actually will need it.

Perfect to run my whole house in times without power. I know my family will have heating/cooling and running water with plenty of extra power to keep the refrigerator and freezer on. Wonderful peace of mind to have for emergencies. Break it in properly and it should last years

Just unboxed after returning from overseas. Currently plugged in and charging. I cannot rate 5 stars since I haven't placed into operation. Based on a close friend who recommended unit, I don't expect any problems.

Like this generator a lot. Very ez to set up out of the box. Very good instructions.
The generator is also very well labeled on the unit to help you. Dont need to have manual with you at all times.
