I just received the generator and am impressed with the quality. I was disappointed that the trouble shooting notes did not reference the GFCI. The circuit breakers would not reset until I realized the GFCI circuit needed to be reset.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Powerful Item

Took delivery this morning at 11am was up and running by 11:20am. Things went together really easy. Started her up on propane and ran great. Started on first attempt. Great product. Plan on having it hooked up to main house panel soon.

Purchased unit in October and have not used it yet. Instructions were great. Assembly was quick and easy. Unit started without an issue.

Just what I need

I live in an area that has frequent winter outages and since I live at the end of the power grid, I am one of the last to get service restored. I bought the generator to fill in that power gap. In addition, I have a RV trailer that uses 30 amp service and with the generators 30 /50 amp capabilities, I can now go dry camping and not worry about draining my battery. The remote is an added bonus as I will be able to start it without getting out of a warm location.

Great power

Great product! Took it out of the box, installed the wheels, added the oil and gas and it started right up. Connected the generator to the house and it runs all the items that we need to keep our house running during power outages.

Great value for the price

I purchased this Wgen9500 generator during the Fall of 2019 after our local electrical supplier, PG&E, started shutting down grids because of fire danger. I had a small generator (2000 watts) but it wasn't large enough to power our needs. Did my homework, and decided on the 9,500 watt size. This unit came fast, came perfect (no damage), started the first time, and ran great. I haven't had a chance to test its capabilities during a blackout, but it should handle nearly my whole house. It is a bit heavy, and a bit noisy, but that comes with the size. The built-in handle made maneuvering it around very easy, and it is actually smaller than I had expected. Fits very nicely in my outdoor shed, very convenient to store and move around.
All in all, a very good value for the price. I would recommend the Westinghouse line without reservations.
