Good gen. Needs improving.

50 amp plug in is located in bad place,just above rear tire. Since most 50 amp plugs are shaped in L for strian relief for cord it makes pluging in difficult. Also the could have put a dedicated gas drain valve to drain gas for storage. Over all this gen is realy is good. Runs great. easyto use.

Kept the refrigerator running plus some lights using extension cords during the PG&E power shut downs. The only issue is that one of the 20 amp duplex outlets stopped working after just a few hours of operation so I need to get it fixed. Hope to eventually get it set up to hook up to the house through the 14-50 R outlet.

It worked great out of the box. Followed the simple instructions and initial start up was a breeze. I had to take one star of because the fuel gauge got stuck after the first use and it doesn’t not reflect the correct fuel level in the tank. Overall, for the price I paid, I happy with this purchase.

I've only had this generator a week but it seems like an excellent purchase. It is built really well and works equally well. Starts right up and the features are second to none. It is loud but what do you expect. I'm very happy with my WGen 9500 Westinghouse generator.

Delivered promptly and started right up. Great quality & features on this generator. Fairly loud, but given planned use for emergency backup of entire house, it will not be an issue.

After reading the reviews and wanting a bigger generator to operate things during power outages the WGen9500 seemed perfected. Shipping was super quick, instructions were easy to read and follow. Will be firing it up and putting it to the test this weekend. I will come back in a month or two and add to my review.
