Runs great!

Generator came in two days with no damages. I did not expect it to come with a battery but it did. Even the key fob was paired with the generator. Nice to see that it has a port for charging the battery when stored. Even came with a charger. I charged the battery, added oil and gas and it fired right up. We are on a well so if we loose power we don't have any water. That was the main reason for purchasing a generator. Nice to know that we will always have water and plenty of power.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product was 90% assembled right out of the box. Once fully assembled and oil added it started on the first attempt.

bought as a replacement for a flood damaged unit of another brand. arrived in perfect condition and took less than 10 minutes to get ready to run. started on the second pull (used manual start to see how difficult if i had battery issues) Could not be more pleased

Setup a snap, user manual very well written and easy to follow. Immediate start following manual instructions. Replaces 6500W generator purchased in 1999 for Y2K!!

Great Product

I purchased this machine a month ago to power my welders and plasma cutter. I started on a fence project the day I received it and noticed right off that bat that it does not skip a beat nor does it have any issues that other generators had. Great Product I highly recommend it and you can not beat the price.

WGen9500 Excellent Generator easy to set up

I bought this in February 2020 as emergeny backup for home electricity during electrical interruptions. I found it very easy to set up (only had to install 2 wheels and kickstand on pre-bored frame) and move into position. Procedures for initially fuelling and lubricating the generator as well as initially starting (electric or manual) were clearly shown in user manual with pictures for clarity.
I would recommend this to a friend!
