We searched for months for a back-up Generator for our new Home. Had to have the 4 pin 50 amp outlet to plug into existing wireing. This generator fit the bill and works like a charm during power failures.

BOUGHT THIS UNIT BECAUSE OF YEARLY BLACKOUTS. IT WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND IT STARTED THE FIRST TIME. HAD IT WIERD TO MY BREAKER BOX AND IT RUNS EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE. COME ON BLACKOUTS.

Great generator for a great price!

I was tired of losing power at home and decided to buy a generator. There were a bunch a brands to choose from, but I decided to go with Westinghouse because they have a long history of making reliable products. How do I know this? Because I served on a WW2 era Battleship that used a bunch of Westinghouse equipment that continued to work reliably until the ship was retired in 1991.
The generator was delivered ahead of schedule and was easy to set up…All you have to do is add 2 wheels and 2 short legs and add the oil that was provided.
I’m confident that I’ll be able to power my entire house with this generator the next time we lose power from the electric company.

Plenty of power for my home

I purchased this unit recently and was very pleased with the quality of the product. It seems to be built well. I was concerned that it might be too heavy for me to move but the fold down handle gives enough leverage to make moving it easy. I am replacing a smaller unit that wasn't quite large enough for my home when the power goes out. This unit provides more than I need.
