Starts easy

Very easy to start. Good directions and has an hour meter to remind when the next oil change is due

Great Generator!

Purchased the Wgen9500 generator to power the house during hurricanes. Build quality is top notch!! Features are awesome, the remote start and push button start are a really nice feature. Set up was a breeze took me about 15 mins from removing the box to start up. Fired right up using the remote on the first try. I’m currently running it to break it in and it’s powering the garage fridge and a shop vac! I’m eventually having this wired to a transfer switch to power the house, one ac unit, well pump, fridge, lights and outlets.
Negatives, it’s 200lbs, but it moves around easily on level surfaces. I wouldn’t want to haul it around much! The noise level is about what you would expect from a genny this size but inside the house it’s barely noticed.

Great performance for a great price

Bought for PG&E maditory power shut downs in California during the summer with high winds. Tested this unit on my house using a manual transfer switch in which I choose what to run within the capacity of this unit. Performed trial run flawlessly .

Just received this, and easily installed wheels and feet. Added oil and a little gas and it started on the first try. I had tried a duel fuel model, but was not happy with it. It does weigh a little over 200 lbs, but easy to move with the wheels. I should not say that I can't wait for the power to go out to give it a work out, but I am positive that I will be protected with this unit.
