I just bought it, came truckline on pallet in perfect condition. Had it together and running in less than an hour, including reading the manual. Runs great.

Great generator!

Hardest part was putting on the wheels by myself but after putting the back end up on a block it only took a few minutes. After adding the oil and connecting the battery cables it started right up. Very happy with my purchase.

I upgraded my 5000 watt 15 year old generator with the 9500 to backup my home. I am thrilled to not have go out to turn it off at night or morning to start it.
