I just received my WGEN9500C and all has worked as expected. Electric and remote start up worked on the first try. I ran a test for about and hour connected to my home with no issues.

The assembly was quick and easy. This was a great purchase. We did have a bolt to break but I’m sure it will be replaced quickly.

This is my lifeline. Just purchased this last month and just went through Hurricane Debby here in the Florida keys. I felt safer knowing a had a reliable source to keep critical equipment working inside my home should the power go out following such a natural disaster. Thank you Westinghouse!
