Great features and very easy to use

We bought our WGen9500c generator after losing power during the last hurricane. We were out of power for 8 days and the generator made the situation bearable. The WGen9500c allowed us to maintain our 2 freezers, refrigerator, some lights, and most importantly, our portable air conditioner. I can't believe how efficient and easy this product performed under some tough conditions, not to mention the price was very reasonable. Thanks for a great product.

Have about 40 Hrs on this generator so far. Haven't had any problems with it. I like the remote start capability, the only complaint I have is the co2 sensor is very sensitive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this generator because of hurricanes along the Southeast Texas coast. Purchased to replace my old generator. The old one didn't come close to comparing with the WGen9500C. Should have made the change long ago.

Purchased in preparation for living in FL during hurricane season. Exactly what I was looking for in a dual fuel generator. Sturdy build and easy to move around despite the weight.

Worth the Wait

Produce was order July 13, 2024 and finally arrived July 26, 2024 with a very damaged box, but the product inside only had a single scratch. Totally understand that the warehouse and delivery service were responsible and it had nothing to do with the Westinghouse product. Product appears to be on working order.

Started right up out of the box. not quite but not too loud either. Purchased to replace much older smaller generator with plans to hook up to house for easy switching since our power is seeming to go out regularly lately.
